Dear Friends,

After more than 18 years serving at Bethel, I find myself stepping into a new season. This journey has been one of deep passion, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence—not for the sake of perfection, but because I believe God is worthy of our very best. I am incredibly grateful for every moment, every lesson, and every opportunity to help create spaces where people can encounter His presence.

From the early days of dreaming about what was possible to seeing high-quality media and production bring the message of Jesus to the world, this has been an incredible adventure. I want to take a moment to honor those who have sown into my journey—mentors, friends, and fellow creatives who have embodied excellence, integrity, and the heart of worship. Your impact on my life and this movement cannot be overstated.

As I transition from my role at Bethel, I am not stepping away from Bethel or my calling. Redding remains home, and my passion for media and production is only growing. In this next season, I’ll be stepping deeper into live events, touring, and consulting—partnering with churches and ministries to help create worship culture with excellence in the ever-evolving world of media. This is something God has been stirring in my heart for years, and I’m excited to see what He does next.
